  3. For new users, click ‘Register Now’ to complete Aadhaar-enabled One-Time Registration (OTR)

  4. Log in using your registration number and password

  5. Click on ‘MTS/Havaldar 2025’ → ‘Apply Now’

  6. Fill in the required details, capture a live photo, and upload your signature

  7. Pay the application fee online

  8. Submit the form and download the confirmation page
