HTET 2025 Syllabus & Exam Pattern: PRT, TGT, PGT Detailed Guide

The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has officially released the HTET 2025 syllabus and exam pattern for all three levels:
Level 1 – Primary Teacher
Level 2 – Trained Graduate Teacher
Level 3 – Post Graduate Teacher

Exam Date: 30th July & 31st July

Exam Pattern:

• Exam Levels: PRT, TGT, PGT

• Total Questions: 150 (all levels)

• Total Marks: 150 (all levels)

• Exam Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

• Negative Marking: No

• Certificate Validity: Lifetime

Level 1: Primary Teacher (Class 1 to 5)

• Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 marks

• Language 1 (Hindi): 15 marks

• Language 2 (English): 15 marks

• General Studies (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana G.K.): 30 marks

• Mathematics: 30 marks

• Environmental Studies: 30 marks

Level 2: Trained Graduate Teacher (Class 6 to 8)

• Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 marks

• Language 1 (Hindi): 15 marks

• Language 2 (English): 15 marks

• General Studies (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana G.K.): 30 marks

• Subject Specific Content: 60 marks

Level 3: Post Graduate Teacher (Class 9 to 12)

• Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 marks

• Language 1 (Hindi): 15 marks

• Language 2 (English): 15 marks

• General Studies (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Haryana G.K.): 30 marks

• Subject Specific Content: 60 marks

HTET Exam Pattern 2025 for PGT Level III

The exam paper consists of 7 subjects. These subjects are:

• Mathematics and Environmental Studies

• Subject-Specific Knowledge

The other details include:

1. The paper consists of 150 questions

2. Multiple choice type questions will be asked

3. Each question carries one mark

4. There will be no negative marking

5. The exam will be conducted in offline mode
